The luncheon will also be the election of the new NTAGGL Board. We are still recruiting a bank and CDC member if you are interested in joining the board.
Our guest speaker will be John Miller, the Deputy Associate Administrator for the Office of Capital Access. He supports the Associate Administrator in leading the OCA loan program policy, technology, operations and oversight, for the Agency’s flagship 7(a), 504 and Disaster Loan programs, the Microloan program, the Surety Bond program, the pandemic PPP and COVID EIDL Loan programs and the Restaurant Revitalization Fund. He is also responsible for managing the SBA’s $500 billion dollar portfolio of direct and guaranteed loans.
Previously, Miller served as the Director of Financial Program Operations and was responsible for the SBA’s loan operations centers and portfolio management.
He joined the SBA in 1999 in the Seattle District Office. Prior to that, Miller served at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. for nine years as a financial analyst in Irvine, California and San Antonio, Texas.
