Wendler, Principal, CPA – Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV), Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) in Business Valuation and Intangible Assets (BV/IA), Certified Mergers & Acquisition Advisor (CM&AA), Certified Machinery & Equipment Appraiser (CMEA), Master Certified Business Counselor (MCBC), and Accredited in Business Appraisal Review (ABAR), less than 150 individuals hold this designation nationally. He has been involved in over 13,000 business valuations, trained over 2,000 business brokers and professionals, and assisted in over 15,000 transactions. His experience extends across a wide variety of industries and company sizes including manufacturing, distribution, retail, medical, finance, engineering, hi-tech and low-tech firms. He was the President (2006-2007) of the Dallas Chapter of the Society of Financial Service Professionals and founded its Exit & Transition Planning section group. He is the principal and founder of National Business Valuation Services, Inc. (NBVS), and was the 2008-2009 President of the Institute of Certified Business Counselors (ICBC), the oldest business brokerage organization in the U.S. He is also on the advisory board of Murphy Business & Financial Corporation, the largest business brokerage franchisor in the country, servicing 30 states and Canada with 300 agents. He currently serves as President of the Estate Planning Council of North Texas.
